Patient Panel Consult Volunteer

We have recently created a Patient Panel who represent the views of our patients, their families and carers, and their communities. The Patient Panel volunteers are helping us improve and shape the future of our services split over 8 specialist sub groups all with a different focus or experience.

We are now looking for volunteers to join us as a consulting member. Consulting Members will be asked to complete surveys or give feedback on documents which will support the Patient Panel Sub Groups in their aims. These requests will be made on an ad hoc basis and you are not required to participate in every request.

This opportunity allows you to share your experiences and your own knowledge and experiences. You need to live or work within one of our five counties that we serve - Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Sussex - and be over the age of 18 years old.
